Week one was come and gone and no word on TDMMC NFL PT for 2008.  My stance remains the same as last year, after spearheading this for four years I'm stepping down.  I'll be on the panel of contributors and would like to see it continue, however.  It was a good conversation  (argue?) piece.

Thoughts?

Everyone on this board besides you. I have to admit Denver does need to be considered on a list they really destroyed Oakland, the bad part though is they destroyed Oakland, not a bid deal.

I was wondering why we had no panel this year. This was one feature I truly enjoyed participating in.  Undecided

I'd run it, but I'm just too damned busy this season...

A while back, there was an idea to automate the voting so that it wouldn't require one person to collect and tally the votes; the deadline would be the deadline, and every Wednesday morning (or whatever) it would spit out the top 10 for the week.

I do not possess the web skillz to implement such a system, or I would do it.  Is there any brave soul willing to step up to the plate?

Okay.  Let's look into the auto-system.  If that can't be done I will do this for ONE MORE YEAR.

Who is my panel if it comes to that??

Guys, about the "auto-system" ...

I think you're referring to the end of last season when I offered to make some kind of program for the site so that members can sign-in & vote.

My offer is still good, Dave Gray PM me if interested

Tekgod,

I'd love to see what you can come up with in terms of an automatic system.  Fausto will set you up with anything that needs to be implemented on our server, and any precautions for security, etc.   Let me know what I can do to help you, and Fau will aid with all the technical stuff.
