he played a play after the hit and the trainers were not looking at him on the side line when he jogged off.

it doesn't look serious. 

but the Pats can not afford to lose another qb.

I didnt see the play. I was watching the Cards televised practice session with a Phoenix junior high team. I just saw him on the ground, and limping off the field.

Is Maroney hurt too? Or did I hear that wrong?
