I used to be at my old job, because they're doing bad.  But now, not so much.  My company is spending money like its going out of style, so I feel more secure now than I have in a few years in the past.

I'm worried about getting a job.  Even the NFL has been hurt by the recession.  I'm even considering working for the Bills if I had the opportunity....that's not true, but I am concerned.

I am very scared of losing my job.  Most likely, it would just dwindle until it makes more sense for me to move on and try something else.  I'm just holding on.  ...which is weird.  Before things got bad, they got really good.  I think it was a last ditch effort for people to try to save themselves before they went flat.

The company I work for reports to a new person now so we will see how it goes. Traditionally those changes have not hurt us, but with the economy like it is, who knows.

Nope.............this world has no shortage of assholes. Resession just makes it worse.  I'm coming home today and already have several hours of OT lined up for the Holiday season.

I am kind of in the middle of worried...Internet businesses like the one I work for are among one of the last facets affected...As the days go by, more and more people are canceling their service because their own businesses have gone belly up.  If enough people cancel us, we could all be jobless.  It's not a fun time.

This is exactly where I'm at. Though we're not having many cancellations, things are slow. I worry about my hours being cut more than being flat out laid off since it is just me and my boss.

I'm always worried.  Funny thing about people that run companies - they are always looking to do more with less.  Even in good times we're always at risk of being cut, employment wise.  Companies that are still doing well take times like this as an easy way to slash payroll in a "monkey see, monkey do" way.

So, yah.  I'm worried.  My next stop would be to work in a clinical setting and I really don't want to do that.
