Dolphins may play in the coldest game in team history this week.

It still bewilders me to this day the logic behind getting the QB of the team from the Sunshine state to be spokesperson for gloves.  I want the gloves that endorsed by the QB of the Greenbay Packers not the Miami Dolphins.

Not to mention he would lick the hell out of his hands everytime he went under center.  That used to gross me out pretty good.  Who wants that image with the ever so wonderful Isotoners.  Maybe that is why he needed the gloves.  Playing on the road in this kind of weather the saliva would freeze.  Undecided

Dolphins live in tropical waters.  Most of them stay within 100 miles away from Florida.  ..... Dolphins like warmer water than cold water.

Hmm, don't like the cold, don't do well traveling to the cold outside Florida.....

Team record in the cold this century......

Quote

Miami in cold weather games in December in the 21st century

2007: 0-2 at Buffalo and New England
2006: 0-1 at Buffalo
2005: 1-0 at New England (Pats threw that game anyway)
2004: 0-2 at Denver and Baltimore
2003: 1-1 win at Buffalo, loss at New England
2002: 0-2 at Buffalo and New England (lost at Minnesota too but even though it's a cold area, they play indoors)
2001: 0-1 at New England

A robust 2-9 with two more cold games on the horizon.

I am seeing a pattern.

Well it isn't like they have been tearing it up in the heat either.

Pennington played in that weather, as did Porter, Ginn, Martin and others. We'll be fine.
