Tepop did you ever serve? Its hard to sign your name to a piece of paper that says your willing to give your life to protect the rights of people you don't even know, so they can sit around and type silly shit on their computer all day.

^^^ I can't speak for any other member of the military, either former or current, but when I was in, I thought we were fighting so that US citizens could say anything they wanted to...freely.

I agree with sunstroke that tepop get the right to say whatever he wants and that is one of the basic freedoms the military is defending.   

I am shocked by the crassness of tepops statement.  I like the tradition of  the national anthem at the beginning of the game and would be disappointed to see it gone. 

I really don't understand how one can be anti-troops.  Anti-war, oppose the commander and chief's decisions, our foreign policy absolutely.  But the individual servicemen no.

Yea, they don't really deserve to be in the entertainment group because they entertain nobody, and if they weren't "performing" nobody would miss them.

I think your statement is a bit broad.  I think a minority of people would notice that they were missing. 

I'm not sure how the fact that not all of us are entertained by the color guard is an insult to men who serve.
