I think what will be interesting about this is that his work visa could be in trouble. At least, that's what SportsCenter said this morning.  Smiley

We'll see what happens.  He has already entered a guilty plea.  Maybe it was in exchange for him not being deported.

I'm not sure.  I.N.S. doesn't really give a crap about what happens in the legal system and aren't bound by agreements.  While I don't expect him to be deported it wouldn't shock me if he is.

According to the NY Daily News, there is a possibility that he COULD get deported, but for a misdemeanor crime, even at the federal level, he probably will not.  By law, the I.N.S. is required to review his case.

He probably won't go to jail.
