Not seeing a link just yet (edited to add link below) , but ESPN is announcing that Warner and the Cards have come to terms on a 2 year deal and it's being signed now.

Smart move...as much as I'd have enjoyed cheering for him in SF, I really thought he needed to attach himself to Larry Fitzgerald for the final two years of his career. Not only are they capable of making another deep playoff run, but he can pad more stats and try to sway HOF voters as well.
