I wonder what they'll be asking for.

I have a buddy that is a huge Broncos fan. He thinks they will get 2 first-rounders plus a player. I think he is delusional and would be lucky to get 1 first-rounder and a player.
His statement made me wonder who the last player traded for 2 first-rounders. Was it Ricky Williams?

Was it Jared Allen last year?
Nope. He was a 1st, 2 3rds, and swap of 6th.

Stroke, don't forget that he's diabetic. I'm sure that hurts his value too.

Maybe Cutler was the last player traded for 2 first-rounders - the Bears just got him.

Yep. Denver gets Kyle Orton, plus the Bears first rounders in 2009 and 2010. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4037373Any team that gives up a ridiculous trade price to Denver should be slapped for mismanagement. Denver is not in the strongest negotiating position here. You have a QB and HC who flat out don't like each other, you have a QB who isn't showing up for camp, and you have a team that is publicly saying that they're trading him.
Stroke, would you deem what the Bears gave up to be a "ridiculous price"
