I was a Favre fan until last offseason. This is ridiculous. I'm glad Marino, Elway and Kelly didn't do this crap.

John Madden is considering un-retiring....  In talks with Fox to cover all Vikings' games...

Somehow I knew this would happen.  I am SO SICK of this a-hole.

Minnesota wasn't going anywhere with Tavaris Jackson under center, and they won't go anywhere with Favre under center either. All Childress nets out of this is a one year delay in addressing his team's biggest need...stability at the QB position.

I have faith that he's a better option for the Vikes this season than Favre is, but there isn't a single QB on their roster right now who I believe will develop into the type of player needed to get them to the next level.
