I was a Favre fan until last offseason. This is ridiculous. I'm glad Marino, Elway and Kelly didn't do this crap.

This just in:

John Madden is considering un-retiring....  In talks with Fox to cover all Vikings' games...

Somehow I knew this would happen.  I am SO SICK of this a-hole.

I think he's going to do it.  Why else would you talk if you hadn't already made up your mind to come back?

I hope for his sake, and the sake of the league, that someone nails him pretty hard and he comes to his senses after that hit.

I also hope he fumbles four more times to break Warren Moon's record.

Minnesota wasn't going anywhere with Tavaris Jackson under center, and they won't go anywhere with Favre under center either. All Childress nets out of this is a one year delay in addressing his team's biggest need...stability at the QB position.

Joe, we all thought you had a screw loose...period. Brett Favre had little to do with it.

I have faith that he's a better option for the Vikes this season than Favre is, but there isn't a single QB on their roster right now who I believe will develop into the type of player needed to get them to the next level.
