I don't know if we did this before or not.  We had a thing going where we were picking all-time bests at certain playing positions awhile ago when I first joined.  The Gruden to Monday Night thing reminded me of it and I don't remember us picking announcers as all-time greats.

So here are the rules.

1. You get to pick a 3-man (person, for you P.C. people) booth, two sideline reporters and a halftime highlights person.

2. You can pick from anyone who has ever appeared on ANY NFL telecast, radio broadcast or pregame show but if they're not an actual announcer, they can only be used as a sideline reporter.

3.  Actual announcers can be used anywhere.

My choices:

Booth- Howard Cosell, Hank Stram, John Madden.

Sideline reporters- Jillian Barberie, Howie Long

Halftime Highlights- Al Michaels.

Booth - A drunk Pat Summerall, Frank Calideno doing an impersonation of John Madden, and a ripped Dennis Miller
Sideline - Eric Dickerson with Suzy Kolber featuring a plastured Joe Namath
Halftime - A ranting, cursing, mad as all hell Chris Berman, interviewing Jim Miller and calling him "Chris"

Now THAT is a team! Smiley
