I'm kind of torn on this.
One one hand, I like Faber (and Brown, too, kinda) and I think they match up well. I think that it's the best fight that the WEC can give us. If Faber is healthy, it should be a great fight, and it's the one that I, personally want to see. But I think it's selfish.
It's probably bad for the sport if Faber doesn't have to work his way back up the ladder and gets a free pass back for a title shot. I think that Brown should have to defend his belt against the #2 and Faber should have to fight at least 2 more fights before Brown.
It sucks for me, but I think it's the fairest way to go, and I'll just hope that both guys win out until they face each other again.
