Various sources are reporting Lemon is very close to signing with the Pats.

He didn't have a great carreer with the Dolphins, but its not exactly like the o-line gave him much time nor did he have any decent recievers to throw to either.

I am guessing one of the things that BB likes about him, is his extremely low ints rate.  Lemon played in both games against the Pats in 2007, BB must have seen something in him he liked.

Miami fans gave him a bad rap because of that one play against NE in 2007.  Given what he had to work with in 2007, I thought he did an okay job.  He had be a arena football quarterback because the defense was so horrid, the other teams would score at will on us.  Plus, Ginn hadn't fully developed, so he had nobody to throw to.

I'd be very intrigued to see how Lemon would do in NE with all that talent at WR.  But I'm not going to root for Brady to get injured again.

He's no first stringer but a very capable 3rd stringer. I wish him the best..........And if he starts with the Pats I hope to see alot more of him!!!!!!

He's not very good.  I remember his hail mary against indianapolis that went 3 rows deep into the stands.  Great accuracy on the kid.

I remember people complaining that he used to stare down receivers before he threw to them.

I wouldn't mind it if he did that for the Pats...

He's not exactly going to compete for Tom Brady's job.

Pats opted to sign former Raider Andrew Walter instead.
But they  are interested in former Fin Kevin Carter.

I'd rather have Cleo Lemon than Andrew Walter.

From what little I saw of both of them, I lean that way as well.  But it is hard to judge either of them.  Both were on really crappy teams so not a real good indication of what they might be able to accomplish with a decent o- line and wrs.

Personnaly I would rather not find out though as he will likely be 3rd on the depth chart.

I second that.  Lemon was a decent QB, IMO he would be a great backup on any team that has the depth to afford a few injuries.  I have seen Walter play and see NOTHING that is worth having on your team.
