I'd hate to say this, gocowboys, but CJ Spiller is a little too small to be an every down back in the NFL.

Spiller is going to be legit in the NFL, Tommy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Wf0kC-w9lU Watch that. Make no mistake about it. Spiller has about as bright a future as any of the other projected first day draft players.

Also, Jacoby made the winning catch. We grew up playing rec football together. West Palm born and raised. Fastest college kid in the country. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n9UNxPhDee4&feature=player_embedded#

^^^^^

He'll need to add at least 10 lbs in order to be an every down back, and if he's not careful about it, he will lose his speed.

Right now, I see him as a change-of-pace back/kick returner in the NFL.

You've lost it dude. Spiller is going to be the man. 14 is playing him down, He'll be top ten when the draft comes around and be the best producer out of pretty much anyone up there other than Suh or Dunlap. He will absolutely be a 3 down back.

A lot of that may depend on his performance in Clemson's bowl game, the Senior Bowl, and the Scouting Combine.

Cowboys, Arthur Brown is a soph.  Relax, pal.  O-line's thin, yep, and secondary's young but talented and deep.  The U's not back only because most of the playmakers on this team are true sophomores.  Next year's the year and, depending on NFL defections, the year after that.  I pegged Miami for 9-3 at worst or 10-2 at best.  # 8 was a nice ride, but really, they're going to meet expectations this year.

By the way, your # 1 Gators should try playing real schedules with 6 games away and 6 at home, like real teams do, instead of ths 7-5-1 garbage with the extra home games being against women's teams.  Just sayin'.  You've played one ranked team all year, and other than against Kentucky, haven't really looked very good playing against real opponents.

Congratz to  Coach Shannon for a turn around season,  He may just well get his extension.  Hopefully Miami can continue to grow and become the ELITE program again.
