I think Brandon Stokely had a four leaf clover in his ass on that TD grab.

They might run the table this year. I think this was their only shot at being beat this season.

I thought you predicted a 3-win season... right here: http://www.thedolphinsmakemecry.com/forums/index.php?topic=15157.0

I'm assuming you're being at least somewhat sarcastic in the "running the table" bit, but considering the next two opponents, a 3-0 start doesn't look out of the question. After that, I wouldn't be surprised to see Denver lose 6 or 7 of their next 8 games.

The Broncos required a miracle lightning bolt ricochet in order to survive against the Bengals...oh yeah, Denver's a juggernaut alright. Roll Eyes

Denver has a chance to go 5-11 if they're lucky, and they better get to 3-0, or that 5 win projection will head south in a hurry.

It's just a matter of expectations, D_B... You don't expect much out of your Broncos this season, so you get excited about squeaking a win against the Bengals. I expect my 49ers to be a much better team than most people give them credit for, and wasn't surprised at all when they knocked off the defending NFC champs in the opener (in fact I picked them on the show saturday night).

Bottom line... Neither the Broncos nor the Niners have a QB that is worth a rat's ass. So, while I am confident that SF finishes the season at least 2-3 games ahead of Denver, neither of our teams will be contending for a title any time soon.
