^^^^^

I wouldn't be either.  After this shellacking by the Pats, it's safe to say he will be given his walking papers at the end of the season.

So the five coaches for this year that are on the firing list would be

Dick Jauron
Jack Del Rio

Jeff Fisher- Tennesee hasn't done shit in awhile now, plus there's the whole Vince Young debacle.  15 years as coach is too long with only 1 superbowl appearance to show for it.

Jim Zorn- Looks like a child frustrated by "Where's Waldo?"  Not really his fault that Washington sucks, but he'll end up getting the criticism for it.

John Fox- 1 Superbowl appearance in like 10 years.  Fox is a good coach, but is he just getting stale in NC?

I think part of the reason Fisher gets fired is owners have a bonner for new coaches with the recent success rookie coaches are having.  The Tennessee situation smells of Denver last year.

The difference is, Denver was contending for the playoffs and led the division all season, only to choke it away on the last day of the season.  Tennessee just flat out sucks.... although it wouldn't surprise me for them to start Vince Young the rest of the way and end up coming out with 5 or 6 wins.  That still wouldn't be enough for Fisher to keep his job.

Maybe Denver last year was a bad example.  What I should have said is they have a coach that has been there forever and at least wearing a flak jacket if not bulletproof.

You think Vince could get them 5 or 6 wins, Tommy?

He could.  He just might be the jumpstart this offense needs.  He kicked ass as a rookie but regressed the following year.  Maybe he's matured after riding the pine.

That defense is what's killing me.  Looking at their schedule I think they could pull off five.  This seems to be a real "any given Sunday" year as it is.

No he didn't. People were just enamored by him for some reason. Colston should have been rookie of the year easily. He has always been average at best in the NFL.
