Did anyone see that blowout turned barn burner??  Man, I'm still in a state of shock with the way it ended.

America's team

I watched it. Arizona can plan on going directly home next week if they plan on playing 'defense' like that again.

By the way, Aaron Rodgers is a beast. He is legitly one of the top 5 QB's in the league. He has officially arrived. It reminds me of all those years Peyton Manning would put up over 30pts in playoff games and the Colts would still lose to NE.

I agree there Denver, but if Green Bay's number two ranked defense allowed Arizona to put up 51 points, imagine what New Orleans defense will do.

That one is gonna be a barn burner.

I think that Green Bay made a critical error in not going for 2 to take the lead.  It turned out that it was Green Bay's offense that failed them to lose the game, but I question why Green Bay even took the gamble of letting Arizona on the field at all.

The Pack had been unable to stop Arizona from moving the ball all game long.  When your offense is hot and you're on the road, why not just go for 2 yards?

Easy to say, harder for a coach to do.  I think Green Bay played the best game they could.  They just came up on the short end of the stick.

And yes, Aaron Rodgers is a top 5 QB in this league.  I thought he should have been in a year earlier than he was, but Favre wanted to be a diva.

Great Game,Walked back in the door, just in time to watch the second half.....

I thought the Same thing Dave...Not so much of going for two...Buut Why score so fast,Squeeze the air out of the ball..Leave the Cardinals 1:52 to go and kick a field goal...you lose...they got Lucky when Rackers missed the field Goal....

Why not go for 2?  Your defense isn't going to win that game for you, if you're the Packers.  It was your best bet to end it.

^^^^ I disagree. GBs defense is the only one that showed life in the second half by stopping Ariz once. No one would have thought Arizona's  defense would have won the game for them. I would have tried to go to OT as well.

I agree with you, Dave.  I thought the same thing.  I guess going the conservative way won't get you bashed if it doesn't go as planned but turns out OT didn't go as planned either.

But yeah, now come to think of it, GB's defense was as disgusting as AZ's so leaving it up to the coin toss (considering that first team to get the ball will 98% likely score first) is a bigger gamble than punching it in for 2 pts.

Bad call IMO.

I'm upset - this is the one game of the weekend I didn't watch, and turned out to be the best game.  I watched the first quarter or so and figured "nothing to see here" and went about my day.

I hope NFL Network shows this game on replay this week...

I'm not going to say that this was the best game of the weekend (I like defense) but it certainly was the most exciting.

This game was fricken awesome to be at. What a shootout we got to see. Also not that any of you would have recognized me but I was on TV with like 4:45 left to play in the game which was pretty cool. Also I know they did not show this on TV but being as this is the last game of the year in Phoenix Kurt Warner ran a lap around the field and blew a kiss to all the fans. Looked kind of like a farewell to those of us that saw it. Our belief is that he will retire at seasons end.

I am really looking forward to this weekend against the Saints. It should be another offensive shootout.

P.S. I just landed tickets to the game and me and 3 friends are leaving for New Orleans on Thursday night. Win or lose this will be an awesome experience!!!!! Pictures to follow.

That was a great game....I just wish the Pack had won. I would have loved to have seen them knock the Favres out of the post season.
