Two sexual assaults in less than 16 months, I concurr it seems like a pattern but I have a question.  In each case what exactly did he do?

Some enterprising Young whore could also make the same conclusion.  Wink  If Ben doesn't learn after this one he deserves whatever he gets. And I'm not talking about STD's.....

Perhaps he's guilty.

Perhaps he wants to go out and party, which is his right to do.  ...nothing wrong with that.  He could be a target.

We should wait until more facts come out.  There are plenty of broke guys who would go out and bang hot women, but aren't at risk of a lawsuit.

There are plenty of NFL players that have a lot of money who bang every chick that is willing.  Big Ben appears to also want the ones that aren't willing.  Keep in mind kids like Cromartie and Chris Henry like to party just as much as Big Ben....there problems don't stem from lack of consent.

I know a couple of extremely discreet "working midgets" who could really rock Big Ben's world, and they don't mind at all when things get a little rough.

A set-up like that could save Roethlisberger's career...

From the several different sources that I read, it sounds like everyone was totally shit faced and he and the girl were in the bathroom together for a length.  The stories are all over the place.  I think everyone was too drunk to remember exactly what happened.  I blame both of them for putting themselves in a situation like that.
