With the Dolphins picking #40 overall, 8th on Friday, what do YOU want to see the Dolphins do with that pick?

Guys like Sergio Kindle, Terrance Cody, and Taylor Mays are still on the board.  And with Jimmy Claussen and Colt McCoy likely to be in this early-second-round mix as well, its possible that one of these guys could fall into our lap.

So, who do you want the Fins to pick up tonight?

I'm gonna get shit for this, but I like Brandon Spikes. Channing Crowder is ineffective and Buffalo just got CJ Spiller.  We need more defense.

^^ No shit, IMO.  Spikes is a good choice at that spot.

I also like Spikes a lot.
I wouldn't be terribly upset if we got a great value at QB, like with McCoy.

I think that nose tackle is still a large area of need, as is safety.  So either of those choices would be nice.

Spikes or May would be nice upgrades. How about Brian Price out of UCLA?

Kiper and Scouts Inc are both mocking Kindle to Miami in round 2. Curse their black hearts... I would really prefer Nate Allen, the safety from USF or Kindle's teammate at Texas, DT Lamarr Houston. I would have no problem with Spikes either.

I do think we need to get a nose in the next two picks though...because while this NT class has some depth, it's not an everlasting gobstopper, so we should get one while we can.

Depending on the value of who is available, I think Safety & NT are the spots to look right now.

I am Crazy, I'd love to see us take Golden Tate,or Arelious Benn, possibly even the OT Bruce Campbell...But after I have another Cup of Coffee.I'd be happy with a more need pick as in an OLB,DT,FS

I would be happy with Nate Allen, Brian Price, Cam Thomas, Golden Tate, Arelious Benn, Bruce Campbell (I know why Al Davis didn't draft him now...he was afraid of his boomstick Cheesy), Terrance Cody, Everson Griffen or Daryl Washington.  Please, no Sergio Kindle and please, no Taylor Mays.

Crap!! Nate Allen just got snagged by Philly 3 picks before Miami could get a shot at him. I am completely unamused by this...

I expect them to keep focusing on D, but with Parcells, you never know

An LB.  That was a need position.

Well that's it for the fish this round.

I cannot tell you how glad I am that Parcells & Co. apparently have no intention of drafting Sergio Kindle. Koa Misi is a good player...more solid beef for the D!
