Don't think I'm going to last to the draft tonight, in previous years it was on a saturday, I have to get up for work in 7 hours....auto picks are set though, and it can't draft much worse than me :-)

'Stroke said the draft would go as planned, with 10 teams or 12.

No worries, Brian...Tepop volunteered for the axe, and we dropped from a 12 team set-up to a 10-teamer.

Anyone particularly happy or unhappy with their draft?

I could've been without the #3 pick (I had AP and CJ rated solidly above the other good backs, with nice cluster after that, so I would've been just as happy to pick a few spots lower).

Pretty sure 4Lifer was happy with his draft... Wink

I'm definitely happy with my squad... I got the "players I really wanted" and got a number of them at what I consider decent value.  Obviously we'll have to wait and see how closely the "players I really wanted" match up to the "players who are kicking ass on the field," but I think my squad will do fine.

The auto pick did a decent job, but I'm slightly disappointed it waited until round 11 to look for a QB, and then took Ryan the following round. A setup snafu cause the 3rd QB selection when I think were better choices on the board.

Having said that, I think this squad is probably the strongest depth at RB/WR that I have had, and that has traditionally been my weakness, 2 or 3 viable QB starters and not much else.

I am pretty happy with my team I think I have a solid squad. Stroke 3 times snagged a player right before me that I was locked on but I had some good backup options in place....at least I think I did. Looking forward to the start of the season!!!!!

^^^ There were at least a couple of occasions where I picked a player, and the player you picked was the next on my list, so maybe you should stop hacking into my home PC and stealing my draft list. Wink
