Most hyped team:  Jets
Most exciting team:  Dolphins
Best team:  Dolphins
Worst team:  Cardinals (worst qb squad)

The Most Overrated player - Brett Favre
Favre is a good player, but he is no longer an elite player, in my opinion.  He gets the most press because of his waffling and that's interesting and everything, but I think that people (and the media) have confused this for ability.  They were showing his highlights from last year and there are so many fantastic, circus catches for him that it's just crazy.
 
The Most Hyped Team - Jets
Understandable, because they got all these new guys who were good in other places, Rex Ryan is a story, they're on that HBO Hard Knocks show this season, plus they're in a big market and have a few really good rivalries.

The Most Exciting Team - Jets
Same reason as above.

The Best Team - Green Bay Packers
They look really good right now.  Since the spotlight of Favre left, they've be able to quietly focus and become a powerhouse.  I expect them to do well this season, especially offensively.

The Worst Team - Buffalo Bills
They're in a tough division, they lost T.O. (who may be a diva, but was still their best receiver) and they generally suck in all aspects of the game.

The Most Overrated player: Brett Favre

The Worst Team: Bills

Favre had a great year last year, but his track record the last 5 years is not that good.  He's still a very good QB and can put together a string of great performances as long as not too much is expected of him, but he also has the ability to disintegrate and take his team with him like he did in 2008.

No Sydney Rice = tough times for Favre. He should have stayed retired

The Most Hyped Team: Jets
While an outstanding team and a legit SB contender, they get waaaaay too much hype for a team that hasn't actually won the SB in a while.

The Most Exciting Team: 49ers
Please pass the butter for my homer roll, but I get excited for aggressive fast attacking defenses, and Mike has the beasts lined up in assault mode.

The Best Team: Saints
Their defense is underrated, and they still have the scariest offense in football.

The Worst Team: Rams
If they win two games this year, it's two more than they should.

The Most Overrated player: Brett Favre
No Sydney Rice = tough times for Favre. He should have stayed retired

Even without sidney rice, favre was still going to be in for trouble.  Before last season, 3 of favres last 4 seasons he had as many or more interceptions than touchdowns.  And then last season he throws 33 td and 7 int.  He is due to return to the favre that throws interceptions again.

The Most Overrated player  - Mevi$ - He is good, don't get me wrong he is very good, even great.  But not the greatest defensive player to have ever played the game or even the best cornerback in the AFC.

The Most Hyped Team - Jets.  Good solid team, but they are getting too much hype of a team that last went to the superbowl when LBJ was president. 

The Most Exciting Team - Patriots.  Well they are the team that excites me the most. 

The Best Team - Homer in me says Patriots, if I had to lay money on a team I would go with Saints.

The Worst Team - Raiders.  As long as Crazy Al is in charge they have a legit shot at the #1 pick in the draft.

The Most Overrated player - Albert Haynesworth - his vagina is preventing him from playing like a $100million fat guy

The Most Hyped Team - The Jets - no team has received more hype and signed more thugs this offseason

The Most Exciting Team - Colts - any Peyton Manning-led team has potential to be exciting to watch.

The Best Team - Saints - until someone beats them they're still the champions

The Worst Team - Cleveland - No real steps to address problems will lead to a 1 or 2 win season this year.

The Most Overrated Player-  Albert Haynesworth.  Mike Shannahan is doing the right thing by letting him know who is in charge here.  I don't care if you have a $100 million contract.  You don't wanna work, you won't play. 

The Most Hyped Team- Gotta give it to the Jets.  They will either be in the thick of it for the Super Bowl or go down in flames. 

The Most Exciting Team- New Orleans Saints.  With the weapons they have on offense, they will put butts in the seats.

The Best Team- Indianapolis Colts.  They're just as powerful on offense but their defense is way better than the Saints. 

The Worst Team- Detroit Lions.  Won two games in the last two years and it's not looking much better this year.
