Well, if you hold them to a FG you will have one TO left and can just drive to the 40 yard line for a FG to win.

Carpenter is kickinga  57 yard field goal??? HA!!! Get real

If they score a TD on 3rd down, now we used 2 timeotus and are in the same situation as before, just with LESS time and LESS timeouts!!
