Titans are a good place for Moss though.  They are in the playoff hunt, with Britt out Moss will be a target in their passing game and if anyone can control Randy Moss, it's Jeff Fisher.  Nice pick up for the Titans really.

I really did not think Moss would make it past the Rams and the fact that he did and is not now a part of the Dolphins is kind of upsetting. Yeah he is an ass but he is a great player who could have helped this offense that does nothing but kick FG's.

Just my 2 cents!!!!

According to Adam S.  Titans were the ONLY team to put in a claim.  So a lot of teams thought he wasn't worth the headache.

More like he wasn't worth the 3.5 million for 1/2 a season's worth of work.  Bet if he would have passed waivers more teams would have been interested...at a lower price.

He is washed up. Can't play anymore. Look at the numbers, they don't lie

^^^ we shall see, u could be right...

he could also be the missing key to the titans offense, open things up for them, score a number of touchdowns, and help them beat out the dolphins for a wildcard spot.

Titans are one of the better choices for Randy.  They have a respected coach (absolute necessity to mange Randy), decent QB (granted not great but not horrible either), a winning record (Randy isn't gonna give his all for the difference between a 4-12 season and an 8-8 one) and he is the one missing piece to the offense.

Now they just need to make sure they step up the post practice lunch buffet.

u could say the same exact thing for the dolphins as well (although the titans have a better running game). it will definitely be interesting to see this play out the rest of the season, given the dolphins and titans are similar teams, fighting for a wildcard, and play each other in 2 weeks.

No you couldn't.

I would not put Sapano in the same class as Fisher.  Not even close.  Comparing the two is laughable.

Titans are a half game back in the AFCS and with two games against the Colts still left to play control their own destiny for the division.  The Dolphins are 2 games plus the tie breakers out of first place in the AFCE and are looking pretty much looking at a best case of a wildcard.

QB ain't close either.  VY has the league highest passer rating this season.  While an apparition vs the rest of his career, he is having a great year.  Henne has never had a great year and is tied at #21.

You can't compare Sparano to Fisher. Jeff Fisher has been on the same team for 17 years, is on the competition committee, acts like a professional all the time and has a history of winning in this league.

Sparano jumps around like a kid on a sugar high when his team kicks a FG! nuff said!

That is your opinion. I do not believe that to be the case....although I am not sure the Titans have the passing game to prove anything different than what we have see so far this season.

Numbers don't lie, in New England with a hall of fame QB he was doing nothing. Went to Minny and did nothing. The guy has lost a step or two. He isn't the same player. OLD AND WASHED UP! The numbers back that up

Why would you want to compromise your entire locker room for a guy that's not playing well?  He's pissed off two separate teams in the span of a month.  He's not playing well, either.

I just don't see what you gain by paying a guy like that 4 million for 8 games.  It's not like he's going to help you win the Super Bowl this year, he'll most likely cause problems (especially because he loves the Pats so much, and since they're in our division, the media is going to hound him about it).

There's a lot to the development of a QB.  The last thing you want to do is bring in a problem, mid-season, who's already been essentially kicked off of two other teams, and still loves your rival.

ONLY reason Tenn put in a claim is because Britt is gone for 6+ weeks, probably out for the season. They needed to replace him. And they think they are a playoff team. So, made some sense for them I guess. But the guy is washed up, can't play anymore.....he will have no big impact for them

Again you have your OPINION and I have mine!!!! Just because you think something does not make it fact. I don't give a frosty fuck what the numbers say. There are alot of variables involved!!!!!

Moss is washed up and the numbers back up that fact.

They said the same thing when he went to NE from Oakland.
