There were people wanting Tedd Ginn Jr to come back, let alone Welker.

^^ I am one of them.  Considering the hole we have at kick returner, I just want him to come back just for that.  A dedicated kick returner.  That's all.

Why can't Hartline return kicks? He has good speed and with the way Bess has been dropping the ball and generally making bad decisions, he can't do much worse back there.
