Fitzgerald is far from being a scumbag.  And what the hell is wrong with someone wanting to be on a winning squad?

Fitzgerald beat his wife/girlfriend to a bloody mess a year or so back. If he isn't a scumbag please tell me what a scumbag is?

From Wikipedia -

In December 2008, Angela Nazario, a former Oakland Raiders cheerleader and the mother of Fitzgerald's child, filed for and won an order of protection against Fitzgerald, alleging that he had shoved her during a domestic disturbance. No charges were filed.[18] Fitzgerald's father claimed that Nazario made the accusations in an attempt "to get a lot of money," and his lawyers have said that they cannot discuss the case because a judge had it sealed.[17]

Bloody mess indeed.

Wait, Google is a "reliable source" now?

What a lazy response.  Instead of looking at the sourced Wikipedia article and seeing that the cited references were those fly-by-night upstarts known as USA Today and the New York Times, you tell him to go google the claims that you made.

Tell you what: why don't YOU provide the source for your claim that she was a "bloody mess"?  Since you're the one actually making the claim, and all.

Google will bring you to a link of a reputable website. I know she was a bloody mess. I know the real story. I remembner it from a few years back.  If you want to read up on it go GOOGLE it yourself. I'm not your slave! I'm not getting paid to do research for you.

Wikipedia also has people DEAD who are still alive and vice-versa. If you want to make the case that they are "legit" go for it. That is as silly as your Jason Allen is having a good year stance! lol lol

MikeO, could you provide a source?

I've actually tried to find one and everything goes back to the original TMZ article of the restraining order filed for by the mother of his child. No "bloody mess" mentioned in it, by the way. No photos of bruises, cuts or "bloody mess". No witnesses to a "bloody mess". Only claims of shoving and hair-pulling. And even those were never substantiated, as far as I could tell.

Thank you Roger Clemens, I love to use this word now. Is it possible you misremember MikeO? The news stories are much tamer than the version you paint (I did go looking for it because I didn't remember it happening).

How dare you ask MikeO to back up his statement. What are you, an idiot? He's not your slave, nor is he accountable to you...or the truth, for that matter. As long as he says it with conviction, well, that should be good enough for everyone else.

Roll Eyes

And again, because one just doesn't cut it... Roll Eyes

So because Fitzgerald might be a scumbag also that makes Marshall's actions forgivable? lol, your kidding right?!

Seems that deep threat WR are attracts a-holes, Marshall, Fitzgerald, Moss, Edwards, TO.  So comparatively for the position....he ain't as bad as some others.

Google will bring you to a link of a reputable website.
Google will also bring you to Wikipedia, so I'm not sure what your point is.

Wikipedia already provided links to USA Today and NY Times, neither of which mentioned anything of the sort.  But I suppose if you can find a link to some random blog that says that she was a "bloody mess," well, that's MUCH more reliable than Wikipedia, right?

You're apparently also not being paid to do research for yourself before you start making up stories.  There is no source at all that mentions anything about a bloody altercation between the two.  In fact, not that you care anything about the facts, but all reports that I've read indicate that she started the alleged incident by punching him in the face (and she's the one who said that).

(Not to sidetrack,  but we've had discussions about domestic violence before, and I'll reiterate my previous position: if I punched a much bigger, stronger person than me in the face, I'd expect a beating, and I don't think it should be any different for anyone else, man or woman.  If you don't like violence, don't punch people.)

He did not beat her to a bloody mess where do you get this shit from? He pulled her hair and tossed her across the room. It was in the news here in AZ where I live everyday while this was happening. Not sure what your source is on the bloody mess part but it is completely and totally wrong. I know this may come as as shock to you as you are never and I mean never wrong but I just happen to follow the Cards pretty closely as I am a 10 year season ticket holder and I do get daily updates on the team and the players.
