There are no charges, not even from his girlfriend, the "accuser". She claims hair-pulling and shoving. Even supposing she is being truthful (and I have no way of knowing one way or another), none of that constitutes a "beating", much less a "bloody" one.

Seriously, its like you come to this website looking to pick an "internet fight".  We have a bunch of people supporting a guy who physicaly abuses women but because he didn't "BLOODY" her in the minds of some (which he did bloody her by the way)....its ok!! You took this off topic by your misguided and factually incorrect statement that Fitzgerald was a shitbag for beating the mother of his baby into a "bloddy mess". Also this is your post "Fitzgerald beat his wife/girlfriend to a bloody mess a year or so back. If he isn't a scumbag please tell me what a scumbag is?"
Now if Fitzgerald is a scumbag, he is an angel compared to Marshall. Unlike Marshall's multiple arrests and charges being filed, all we have is a he said/she said with nothing else as far as evidence to back her claims. On top of this she admitted to hitting him. So where does the line get drawn. I have yet to see anyone defend Fitzgerald, nor even Marshall for his previous arrests, but you are assuming, wrongly I must say, that we are for domestic violence because we cannot find any evidence or mention of the so called "bloody mess" anywhere to include blogs.

I am for someone being able to defend themselves. She hit him, he threw her away from him. Of all the choices he could have taken, this was fairly minimal as far as overall violence is concerned.
