spoken like someone who defends a person who abuses women like Larry Fitzgerald. Not surprising

Show me one post where someone said Larry did not abuse his girlfriend? I saw a boatload of people calling out your factually incorrect assertion that he left her in a bloody mess.
Also and more importantly, you were the one who injected the whole Fitzgerald into a thread about one of OUR TEAM'S recievers and his future on our TEAM.
You derailed the thread and then got pissy because you were wrong, and now you question everyone else's football I.Q. because YOU DERAILED THE THREAD WITH YOUR OWN COMMENTS.

Clown shoes for your sir.

even after a nice Dolphins win you are going to continue with this nonsense? Can't you even enjoy the game and a team win? Seriously, its like you come to a football message board to talk everything BUT football.

Ignore me if I bother you so much. Won't have to read one thing I post. Problem solved!

Gruden to coach the Miami Hurricanes for $3 mill a year is being reported in a few places. Not 100% official but that is the story out there on the radio stations and some websites. No big websites though (ie ESPN or anything)

Would be funny if ESPN got scooped on a story about one of their employees! Like they did with Parcells a few years back

Peter King just reported Gruden turned down the Canes job. Guess not enough money for his liking to recruit and coach college kids

Returning to the topic.

I'm amazed at how "in-demand" Gruden has become. I guess people have forgotten how he drove Dungy's Bucs into the ground.  The only reason I hope that Gruden gets an NFL job, is so I won't have to listen to him on MNF next year.  I just hope that job isn't with the Dolphins.

Gruden won big in Oakland and TB. He has 5 division titles on his resume and a Super Bowl ring. He is a winner

I'm not sure why Gruden gets so much of a bad rap. I wouldn't mind him coaching us either.

I don't get it. Some people can't get over the fact he had a few bad years in Tampa. Shula had bad years in Miami. Parcells in Dallas. Gibbs in Wash. Noll in Pitt. EVERY COACH is gonna have a rough patch. You can't hold it against them. Doesn't make them "less great"

I've always felt that Gruden is one of those coaches who excels with a veteran team, and is able to take a very good team and push them over the edge to great (Like he did in Tampa). He's able to get the most out of veteran players. I was talking about him with some friends of mine a season or two ago, when it looked like the Eagles were in a tailspin and Andy Reid might get fired. I think he'd do great with a team like that- which is a team which borders on elite, but can't seem to make it over the hump.

I actually agree with this. I think Gruden is better with Vets than kids. Either way the guy can coach and has a ring to prove it.  And I wouldn't be the least upset if he is coaching the Fins. And Gruden to the Dolphins. The Fins have their share of Vets now. Dansby, Marshall, Bell, Starks, Carey, Pollite. Guys like Long and Henne are in year 3 and aren't kids. Vonte will be heading into year 3 and not a rook anymore. Gruden would do fine in Miami and he is one of my hopes for when we Fire Sparano

I am very happy they won. It is even more joyous since I grew up in the heart of 49er's and Raiders land, and most of my friends are Raiders fans. It gives me a little salt to rub in their wounds.
I do remember you being angry even after the Dolphins won because of Allen, so this statement is a little bit of the pot calling the kettle black.

When was I angry the Dolphins won because of Jason Allen? Please tell. Provide a link. Give me  a date?

I don't even know what game you are talking about since Allen won us no games. I didn't join THIS website until Sep 19th at 8:30pm (which can be checked by clicking on my name). So from Week 3 till Week 6 when he was cut.....what game was I on this board upset over that the Dolphins won because of Jason Allen?

Nice job LYING on this one!!!!!!!!!!!!
