How many game do you think Johnson will get suspended for? Sucks he's on my fantasy football team.
er Andre Johnson and Tennessee cornerback Cortland Finnegan were involved in a fistfight that got both players ejected in the fourth quarter Sunday.

You would think Johnson would get a 1 game suspension, but the league allowed Seymour to play after palm-punching Big Ben last week..........so I have no idea.  Since Finnegan is widely viewed as a dirty player, maybe Johnson gets a pass.

Johnson got a game ball in the locker room.  Sadly, it wasn't for rabbit punching Finnegan.

Johnson has to be suspended AT LEAST one game.  You can't rip off a guy's helmet and punch him, closed fist to the face.  The league can't have thuggery like this on the field.

Johnson was retaliating.  This was initiated by Finnegan.

If these guys are not suspended, you can expect a minimum fine of 50 grand.

I can't blame Seymore for punching Ben Rapistburger.  However I saw the Finnegan Johnson fight, totally let him get in his head.  1 game each and 50k apiece is what we'll probably see

Wow, only a 25K fine each and no suspension.  Even though I'm happy to see that Johnson won't miss the next important game, I think the league is sending the wrong message to players.

Don't hit a defensless player with your helmet.  Wait until he catches it and the play is over...then punch him in the face.

I'm actually of the opinion that Finnegan was trying to get Johnson thrown out of the game and suceeded.  Who loses more by both Finnegan and Johnson getting tossed out of the game?  The Texans.  I don't think the league wanted to send the message that if you want to get someone thrown out of the game and suspended for a couple games all you have to do is pick a fight with him.  I'm not saying that is what Finnegan planned all along, I'm just saying it would be a shame if Johnson had to miss a game or 2 during a playoff stretch because of 1 bone-headed move.  I think the league did the right thing in letting Johnson and Finnegan off easy.  There's a history between those 2.  If it happens again, they will lose a game or 2.  They know that.  That's enough.

I think the league has been pretty consistent with fining the players and not suspending them.  Hit the player where it hurts the most, in the wallet, but don't hurt the team, not for first offense.  Harrison for the Steelers on the other hand, I'm all for him being suspended for a game or 2.  He's not gonna stop till he hurts someone, so let it be his team he hurts.

When a db rams both of his hands under your mask, it is the equivilent to a punch.

Finnegan's a jackass.  I for one loved watching Johnson put him on his ass.

I agree. It was obvious the way he laughed and clapped, his only way to stop Andre was to get him ejected.

Fine.  Suspend him, too.

There has to be a zero tolerance policy for fighting.  It's their job.  Do you know how much shit you'd be in if you punched a guy in the face at work?  If the NFL wants to be a good role model, part of the community, appeal to families, etc., they can't have guys fighting.

It hurts their brand and is completely unacceptable.
