Speaking of which are the two contests done?  Should I unsticky them?

Nope...I'll hit you with a PM request when it's time to unsticky any of my stickiness.

Welcome to to the underworld.....

A few tips....(the Dirt)

1.) You're number 8 in the toilet paper rotation, you need to bring a 4 pack of toilet paper when we get low, when it's your turn...Maine's missed his rotation the past couple of times, and Dave brought a huge Costco box of that cheap commercial grade shit in the mean time...It's like sandpaper...

2.) The light switch in the Moderator's bathroom has a short in it,so be careful after you wash your hands,it will shock the hell out of you...

3.) After you put in your pass code into the lock in the secret lair,You might have to jiggle the handle to get it to open....

4.) The vending machines in the moderator's lounge never give change,so it's best to use exact change....I think CF has lost a small fortune on those damn things.....We need to call the guy to fix those again...I'll do it here in a few minutes

5.) Avoid the Donuts at all cost, they're horrific, old as dirt...

6.) I kept losing the my key to the super secret vault of info about the agenda,Dave's warned me like a hundred times, that If I lose another I'm gone...Don't lose your key....It pisses Dave off to no end....

7.) the Moderators lounge really kept really cool, the couch is really comfortable to take naps on....Bring a blanket though....

It should be "You're new around the NFL moderator".  Regards, the grammar nazi

Maybe you can help them with this stuff, Hoodie.

Incorrect.
Dave had it right. Dave is introducing him to you as YOUR new mod, not your old mod.

Alright, you don't have to jump all over me.  It could work either way.

No, it could not work either way.

"You are new 'Around the NFL' Moderator" does not make sense (unless you are a Japanese tourist).  Presuming that the statement is addressed to Hoodie, it would have to be either:

"You are a new 'Around the NFL' Moderator"
or
"You are the new 'Around the NFL' Moderator"

In contrast, "Your new 'Around the NFL' Moderator" does make sense when addressed to the forum membership as a whole.

Alright, you don't have to jump all over me.  It could work either way.

No one is jumping all over you. But, if you're going to take the time to point out someone's grammar, then you need to make sure that you're 100% correct before you do so. Otherwise, you're going to look very foolish and people will correct you.

Additionally, no, it can't work either way. You can't use "you're" instead of "your" and vice-versa - they are not interchangeable. Just remember, "you're" = "you are".

Midgets are half the size as regular women, so it still equals out to one.
