This Game is too hard to predict as there is no telling what Bellichick will do. He could blow us out by 50 as he likes to do or just rest his guys.

I foresee Detroit 14 and Miami 20 with 1:15 left in the 4th quarter. Then the usual thing happens, Henne throws an interception or fumbles the ball or we go 3 and out and punt. And they either run it back for a touchdown or torch our secondary for a TD. So our final score is......................

Detroit - 21
Miami - 20

The bad thing about it is that the above scenario wouldn't bother me at all after the Browns and the Bills debacles. In fact I kinda expect it at this point. So much for 2010 !!!

OK, my last predictions wasn't spot on. After all the final score wasn't correct, we were tied when the pick 6 occurred, and it wasn't 100% Henne's fault. But as the trend continues, we lost in the last few minutes of the game while ahead and Henne was the main culprit in our loss in my opinion.

Now for this weeks prediction. This is a hard one. Oh well, I got to go with New England. Might as well finish off with a bang. Or rather crash and burn. Although a win against the patroits would be nice, I would just assume lose at this point because it doesn't matter and a lose would help "the cause" in the long term IMHO.

Anyhow, I predict that Miami and Henne will keep it close for 2-3 quarters and then we will have the expected 4th quarter meltdown. How original, huh ??

Miami - 17
Patriots - 27

Which is exactly why I'm picking the Fins to win.  A win will ensure Tony's return and I will be forced to suffer through another year of his overly conservative approach to gameplanning.  Fans will rally around him saying see he improved on the record from last year, completely ignoring the fact that BB pulled Brady in the 3rd quarter when they were up 21-7 and the last 15 points by Miami were all Carpenter FG's from over 40 yards.

Fins 22
Pats 21

11-2 mia

So do you foresee 2 safeties or a safety and a 2 point conversion ? With that score I hope all the points come in the final 2 minutes of the game  Grin

Belichick in his typical classy fashion wants a 14-win season so he wants to play his starters for the game.

On the surface is looks like a 25-point blowout by the Pats.  But, given the understory, I can see the Dolphins squaeking out a win here with a few lucky bounces.

The Dolphins are 6-1 on the road.
The Patriots have nothing to play for.

I can see Brady on the bench by halftime, especially if Wake is breathing down his neck in the first half.  This one is hard to predict.

This could be true, Brady is all about playing tomorrow. Will Bill let him is the question. I don't see a 41 - 17 I could see more like Pats 24 - Phins 17

I looked at the pats roster yesterday and they don't have a 3rd string qb do they?  It isn't like they will have a choice in playing him.
