Here's what I've seen, so far:
Inception
True Grit
Black Swan
Toy Story 3
Scott Pilgrim vs. the World
The Fighter

I still need to see:
The King's Speech
Winters Bone

I think Natalie Portman has best actress locked up
I hope the little girl from True Grit gets best supporting actress
I am sure inception will win for special effects
I think Jeff Bridges might get nominated.
After the choices for the Golden Globes it is hard to know what the hell Hollywood will do.
I cannot believe the Social Network is a serious contender for best picture. It had no appeal to me at all.

Have you seen it?  It was great.  It was right up there with Black Swan as my film of the year.

The whole concept of The Social Network does not appeal to me.  That being said, I will probably watch it at some point as I keep hearing how good it is.

I forgot to add I think Bale gets best supporting actor. He was outstanding.
