In my life, I have yet to hear any man, ever, say, "That girl would be incredibly hot... if only her boobs were a little bit smaller."
And I strongly doubt that I ever will.

I am in the size doesn't really matter camp.
But I know guys who most certainly had a preference for smaller is better. Most of them were not super public about this preference and would often pretend to like big knockers when in a group of guys to avoid being different. The one guy I knew in high school who told his soccer team mates of his preference got ridiculed for being "gay" or a "wacko."
One guy who lived in my suite who I hung out with a lot freshman year, He always pretended to admire the large breasted women when someone would point them out. One day I was in his dorm room moved something on his desk and saw one of his porn magazines. So he told me, but he was very embarrassed. I was like whatever floats your boat. He didn't want me to tell the other guys. He had an impressive collection of magazines with titles like "flat & fuckable" "small and suckable" "itty bitty titties from heaven" etc.
He only dated small or flat women, often they would not believe him when he would tell him he actually preferred their breast size. One girl found his porn collection and at first was really mad that he owned porn and broke up with him. But after her roommate pointed out that his magazine choices meant that he wasn't just being polite and nice but truly preferred her body shape, they quickly made up.
Sometimes we would at a bar or party and I would point out a smallish girl and he would respond, "too big."
I have had several other buddies with similar views and made similar comments.
He transferred after Freshman year, otherwise I would have tried to hook him up with my nutcase ex gf. Who ironically had hit on him extensively freshman year, but he ignored it because he found her breasts unattractive. He liked her as a friend.
If you search the web for porn you will clearly find more sites dedicated to large breasted women than small. But there is absolutely no shortage of porn sites that cater to those who prefer flat or small breasted women.
In my experience, "All guys like big boobs" is a myth. And the truth is almost all guys who like small breasted keep it quiet and pretend to like big boobs to fit in. While there maybe some hormone biological aspect to more guys like big boobs to small, I think the "big is better" attitude is more cultural and media driven than actual male preference driven.
It may be a case that none of the guys you hang out with like small breasted women. It may also be the case that your strong views on large breasts have made it so none of the guys you hang out with who like small breasted women feel safe sharing that secret with you for fear of ridicule.
