First - Bon Jovi - 1989
Best - Jimmy Buffett - Fruitcakes tour in 1994. It was my first Buffett show and by far the most fun I've ever had at a concert
Last - Jimmy Buffett last year
Worst - N*Sync - My mother paid me to take my sister. I couldn't hear anything when we left that stadium.

I have been to a ton of concerts so I am jogging my memory a bit.

First - I was like 12 and went with my sisters to see New Kids on the Block......yeah yeah I can hear you laughing from here.  Embarrassed

Best - Tie
John Anderson - One of my all time favorites and he put on a great show.
The 2nd of the 3 Creed concerts I went to was Awesome.

Last - Merle Haggard - Fall of 2010 - He is getting up there but the man can still sing.

Worst - 2nd Gary Allan Concert - Only because they had lost all of their equipment in a tornado and had pieced together stuff to do the show.....the sound was not great.

Best Surprise - Riders in the Sky - My wife got tied up and was unable to attend with her mother so I went in her place just so my MIL would not have to go alone. I ended up really enjoying the show from a group I had never heard of.

First:  Heart
Best: many to choose from, but I'll go with the Police
Worst: ZZ Top

Best Opener: George Thorougood
Last: ZZ Top played during the Preakness and were pretty good (not the noted worst above, that was a different time).  Actual last concert in an Arena was probably James Taylor (excellent) a few years ago; or perhaps Hootie & the Blowfish who played a concert at the local golf course during a Senior Tour Tournament a couple years ago.
