...how will you use the time?

I will have a newborn during football season, so I will probably use that time getting crapped and puked on.  I will likely use my Sunday mornings cleaning up and taking care of side-work.

^^ Like I do now I suspect, on video games mostly. There might be a handful of Sunday outings with the family that we might not otherwise have taken as well.

I will spend each Sunday traveling to different NFL cities and organize riots.  We will then charge the stadium and burn it to the ground.

^^ let me know when you make it west of the Mississippi river...Sounds Fun.... Cheesy

I think September, could be filled with unfulfilled baseball (being a Cubs fan and all),and it's still fairly hot outside that time of year.So I could do outdoor projects....It's that October,November time period, I'm starting to Jones for some football...Who knows, more chores around the house,3d projects...

Maybe I can take Ray Lewis' direction and start committing crimes I would never have considered before since there's no football on Sundays and Mondays.  Tongue

They have quite a few nice college football stat games on ESPN these days, including a weekly fantasy league where you select individual players from either one specific conference, or all conferences. I'm sure there are college football games on other sites as well, but I'm pretty entrenched in the ESPN fantasy world, so not sure about the others.

If this NFL lockout causes games to get pushed back or missed, I probably won't play NFL fantasy this year because its gonna be a cluster-youknowwhat with guys moving around, no training camp, tons of injuries. I'm not gonna just throw away money on it. I would do a College Fantasy League for 1 year and be just fine

^ We're trying to figure out how to do our fantasy draft this year.  I'm hoping that even if they haven't come to terms, that we'll have an idea that they're close to terms and still be able to draft with some level of confidence that there will be a season.

Are they going to have fantasy drafts before an agreement? No free agents will move until there is a replacement. That could change draft plans quite a bit.

You could probably handle it either way.

Every year there is movement after the fantasy draft, if you drafted NEP wide receiver Randy Moss last year you got his Vikings and Titans production as well.  Player status will just be one of the elements to consider.

Or there should be enough time between the CBA agreement and the first game to organize a draft then.
