The White Helmet is cool and a good look. Aside from that they are the ugliest damn things I have ever seen. They look like a team from the MAC now.

I am fine with them.  They look normal, kinda simple, which I like.

I looked at them and had absolutely no reaction. Neither bad nor good.

Without looking up their old unis, I doubt I could mention even a single change (aside from MikeO's helmet insinuation). Maybe they used blue away pants? Or that could've been a long time ago *shrug*.

Not a big fan of the Bills' new uniforms, but since I don't have to cheer for the players wearing them, I really don't care either way.

That was actually the reason the Bills switched to the red helmets (back when Bills, Dolphins, Colts, Patriots all had white helms).

The QB of the Bills was color-blind and he was having a hard time telling the teams apart.

The Bills look like 90% of the high school teams who play in this country. Uni's are bland, dull, and don't stand out in anyway.

The previous Bills uniforms looked like they were straight out of the CFL, though:

The Bills previous uniforms were amongst the worst in the league.  Just about any change would be positive.

I must say that I love the new unis.  It merges the best of the old with some new elements.  However, I'd rather they went with the standing, grazing red buffalo instead of the rushing bison on the helmet.  Love the 60s color, though, and am thoroughly glad to be rid of those red helmets and the garish rags they've worn the last few seasons.

I think it's awesome some NFL owners are finally listening to the fans and going retro with their uniforms.  The classic uniforms of the AFL in the 60s were some of the best that have ever been in this league, and it's nice to see a return to that styling.  The Chargers screwed up their attempt to restyle in that mold by not going closer back to the original, but like the Bills, any change was a good change.  Now if only the Patriots would get rid of their monstrosities... Roll Eyes

I'm very happy the NFL is looking to its past for uniform designs.  Simplicity is the key to a good look in a football uniform, and I've yet to see any "new/hip" uniforms look decent on any football team.  Fashion trends come and go, but the more you stick with the basics, you're less likely to wear an embarrassment.

The only thing those two jersey's have in common is that the whole base is blue, in addition to the red and white.

In other words, they both look like EVERY plain blue jersey with a red-white-n-blue scheme, which (by the bye) is the most popular uniform color scheme (at least according to the repeated rantings of Gregg Easterbrook / TMQ).

The Bills jersey uses a different font, inverted colors for the numbers, team name above the numbers, stripes on the sleeves, striped collar, different NFL logo placement, and numbers on the shoulders that actually match the ones on the chest (unlike the Patsies jersey that, for some reason, switches to white instead of red numbers and drops the outline, making it look like it was done with sports tape).

There are many different shades of red and blue.  The jerseys Pats2006 posted bear more than a passing resemblance.

Much of that is lighting, but regardless, the Bills have been playing in jerseys more closely resembling their new one for decades. And Royal Blue is probably the most common blue variety, so nothing special there.

In fact, I'd argue that the Giants jersey of the mid-late 70s and pretty much all the way up to their retro-switch in 2000 or so, looks far more like the Bills jersey than the Patriots one. Those Giants jersey's had bigger numbers, but they were the right color (white with red border -- on both chest and shoulder), the old ones had the striped neck, they all had stripes on the sleeves and no other "modern" crap (wedges of color).
