If we lose this Sunday and right now are chances are pretty good....I see this season spiraling out of control very rapidly.

Probably to the point of a 4-12 record.  Amazingly Buffalo seems to be the early surprise in our division.  Until we get a proven leader like Cowher running the show, we will never ascend to being one of the elite teams in the NFL.

Bottom line, Sparano and Ireland have had so many chances and are still failing miserably.  The team is owned by every star in Hollywood, yet the product still remains type same: MEDIOCRE & SAD!

Over-react much?  You'll just run Cowher out of town after he loses his first game or two also.  Big whoop...

One loss to one of the best teams in the league and somehow that translates to "this season is spiraling out of control"

In a game that Miami still had a chance to win up until two thirds way thru the 4th quarter.   That part is important too.  This wasn't Buff over KC.

Maybe we should just have a one game season with all AFC games and all NFC games and then start the playoffs with the winners only so that we can get to the firing sooner.

Or, maybe Donald Trump should buy the Dolphins so he could run the team like his Apprentice show and fire someone each week.  Might be the only way to keep Miami fans happy.

Amazingly Buffalo seems to be the early surprise in our division.

This made me laugh.....they won a game in week 1 so that makes them an early surprise. Most people don't feel KC is even all that good. It is going to take a few more games, phenomenal games from Buffalo before I rank them above Miami for 3rd in this division. Will they be improved this season....probably....does that surprise anyone here.....not this guy.

Over reacting to any win or loss in week 1 is....well let's just say not a good indicator of much!!!!

It gives me the LOLz how some people judge the quality of a team.   If the Dolphins had somehow pulled the upset over the Patriots in Week One, I have no doubt that someone would be wanting to know where they can buy 2012 Super Bowl t-shirts with the Fins logo on it.    Grin

Miami has more fair weather fans than real hard core fans!   When the Dolphins play good the fair weather fans come out the wood work like cockroaches... the second they loose a game or two those same fair weather fans are the first ones screaming the Dolphins Suck! Roll Eyes

It's the Patriots.  It's not exactly like we're playing a bunch of high school kids now is it?  It's true I saw a a lot of shit I didn't like in that game.  But for every one of those, I saw two or three things I really liked.

I'm loving the wide open offense, we just have to run the ball more, especially inside the 5.

I  think our defense is going to be good this year, but clearly we have some issues with our nickel that we spent the entire night in.

Someone also needs to explain to me how football is a 12 month a year job, and they're supposed to be the best and toughest athletes ever to play in the NFL and half our team was out of the game with cramps.

None of these things is unfixable.  And any or all of them might already be back on by the time we take the field against Houston.

Keep loving mediocrity...the sky fell in that playoff game 3 seasons ago, when we got embarassed at home by the Ravens.

Mr.Fein..yah you....are you Irelands brother or maybe Sparano's fat twin sister.  We have sucked for 2 plus seasons now....14=19 since that playoff loss...

The sky fell along time ago buddy and unfortunately your man Sparano ain't about to change this any time soon!

P.S...

Why don't you replace Ferottes pic on this website, with that of Sparano...I think he would be most deserving.

Are you Fireman Ed.  Stinking Jets fans.

We have struggled for two years.  OH MY GOD!  Move the franchise to L.A.!  Nobody else has missed the playoffs two years in a row.  We must be utter failures.   Roll Eyes

Sorry to break your bubble, but in their last 10 seasons....we have missed the playoffs 9 times.

Not a Jets, Pats or Bills fan...just a very frustrated Fins fan who is fed up of all the excuses.

This team needs a smash mouth identity, one that Cowher or Gruden could possibly give us and one that Sparano has miserably failed at.  I hope to hell I'm wrong, but hard to foresee this ship righting itself any time soon.
