I haven't seen predictions being posted in a while, thought it was time to bring it back. I used to NEVER predict that the Dolphins would lose a game, but I've lost all hope now. I say 24-10 Chargers  Cry

Since the Dolphins cant play defense, and the Chargers are banged up,

Dolphins 42
Chargers 41

San Diego will still be a sleep from watching Miami film and be late to the game.

We will score 70 points in the first half against water and towel boys who delay until the team arrives.

The second half, the team will arrive and score 56.

End score-

Miami 70
San Diego 56

OUR FIRST VICTORY!!!!!!!!!

I've learned over the yrs not to predict or bet on or against the Dolphins... they will always surprise you good or bad!

It's only a matter of time before the team openly quits on Sparano.

the passing game stats for the dolphins is a complete mirage. they are benefiting from a great game against the worst d in the league in the pats.

now what has emerged as their best weapon in the run game, daniel thomas, is out. bolts are pretty banged up too, but i get the feeling they are ready to let out some frustration based on their performance last couple of weeks.

this one is gonna get ugly for the dolphins:

bolts -> 38
fins -> 17

San Diego wins big.  45-21.

Secret's out.  Force the Dolphins to play extra defensive backs.  You'll get a matchup you like on corner #3.  Exploit.  Repeat.

Edited to add:
Vontae Davis Out
D. Thomas Out
Koa Misi Out.

So no running game, no pass rush, no secondary.  Do the math.

The adult in me - Dolphins get smoked.   Everything stacks up against the Dolphins.  A winless team playing an away game on the west coast against a team with a lot more talent and a reason to play.
The kid in me - the Dolphins play for pride and to keep their jobs.  The coaches and players have nothing to lose, so they pull out all the stops and shock the Chargers in a trap game.

I'm usually pretty pessimistic, but I have the weird feeling about today.  I think the Dolphins get a lead early and hold on to win this game.  Final score 23 - 24.
