I'll give it to the Bucs, but at least they had an excuse since it was their first year in the league and they didn't get the benefits that more recent new additions to the league got. Tough situation for them.

IMO if you win a game that's a disqualification, so it's between Detroit and Tampa. And i'll hand the trophy over to Detroit, two more games lost, and years to perfect sucktitude. And although it's not a pass, that was Tampa's first year.

no one said justified suckitude.  If you put a JV team into the NFL for 3 seasons, you can't discount their suckiness cause they're all 14-15 year old kids.  They still suck.

Bus are the clear choice for multiple seasons in a row of complete and utter suck.

Um, the Bucs were in the NFC Championship game 3 years after their winless season.  Detroit had many years of futility before 2008, and I doubt they'll make it to the NFCC this year.
