The HBO documentary on Joe Namath was outstanding. Even if you hate the Jets (which Joe himself might these days) like all of us do its a must see!

No but they get into that whole event and talk to Suzy about it. It's the first time she has ever talked about it.

I've seen it a few times.  My hatred for Joe Namath is a matter of public record.  I still refuse to believe he belongs in the hall of fame, and he's battled the bottle and I have some sympathy for him there.  I guess I hate him slightly less than I did before.

Can someone name any other player in the HOF who made it based upon a single game more than Joe Namath? Being in the Big Apple probably did not hurt his chances either.  Roll Eyes

Have you seen the SB? The Colts outplayed the jests hands down. The jests would lose that game 99 times out of 100. Just another good reason to hate the jests and panty hose Joe.
