It's a shut up gun...Gosh I could use this constantly in my neighborhood...

I'm curious if it could be easily thwarted by ear plugs,headphones,talking on a cell phone.

I read a little bit of this. I'm not sure how effective it really is. I have experienced the weird echo effect on my cell before and it does shut you up for a second because you think someone else is talking. Once you realize it is your voice it is really easy to keep talking.
