Figures i post this question.

Yes I know, technically we can't fix the team since we have no say in what this team does, but for sake of debate, if we did have say,

How would you run/fix this team if you were Ross.

How do you bring this team back to respectability, and how long would it take, is it as simple as just getting rid of Ireland?

The steps for Ross to take are as follows:

1) Get rid of Ireland

2) Get Cowher and tell him it's his franchise. Whatever he wants. He picks his coaches, management, players. Shit, even their salaries. Had him a checkbook.

3) Go away and don't interfere.

4) Come back to the owner's box in 3-4 years and enjoy the playoff run.

- By purchasing Madden 13, thats the only way you will get Peyton to be your QB and what ever Hit & Miss trades you can Accomplish Roll Eyes
