This guy is 33 years old, and has 30 kids from 11 different women.  He fathered four children in the same year, not once, but twice.  He works a minimum wage job, and by law, they can only garnish half his wages, so these women get as little as $1.49 per month in child support.  And now he's asking for a break in child support payments.

Can't the judge order him to attend school or job training to better himself so he can make more money to support his kids?

Generally speaking, a "hater" is someone that is jealous of, or tries to obstruct, the success of others.

My more serious evaluation of this scenario is that the women stupid enough to have unprotected, contraception-free sex with a man that already has double-digit children have earned their fate.  I find this case to be an interesting data point in restricting the availability of government-funded abortions.

Mandatory Sterilization.  There should be a law that you get one free pass for having a baby.  After your first (whether you are the father or the mother), you have to prove that you have the financial resources to support more than one child without the need for the government (you and I) to pay for your kid.  If you can't prove that you can afford more than one, while you are in the hospital having the first one, you get "fixed" so you can't have anymore.  I can hear the bleeding hearts already.  But I'm tired of working to make a good living, only to have a percentage of it go to supporting losers.

What happens if you can't afford a kid now because let's say you got laid off and you're unemployed.  But in 3 months you get a job making 6-figure salary, and you've already been sterilized by the government?

Situations change, and punishing everyone cause some assholes are irresponsible is unethical.
