Not really. Only thing that stood out that "matters" is that Vontae Davis was out of shape, laughing about it on the sideline saying he was "acting" like he was in shape, Vonate getting a talking too/verbal lashing by his position coach saying that it looks like he doesn't even care on the field, and Vonate looking like a total dog of a player.

He isn't going to get cut, but he is in the final year of his contract I believe I heard on Joe Rose this morning and unless he has a major attitude adjustment I don't know if the Fins spend big bucks to keep him past this year. These coaches didn't draft him and Ireleand didn't even have final say on his pick so maybe Parcells called that one so even Ireland might have no ties to him. Vernon, his brother, was the same way in SF a few years back and turned his life/career around, hopefully the same happens for Vontae.  But it better happen quick if he wants to stay in Miami past this year.

Why give Vontae big bucks when you will have WR's Bowe and Wallace on the market and you can use that money on them and fill a need at the same time.

I agree.  When all is said and done, Vontae comes across as being out of shape, immature, and unprofessional.

And Vontae has a bladder like a female tennis player asking for a bathroom break. Philbin said it best, he is 51 years old and needs to go to the bathroom every hour but finds a way to make through a 75 min practice without needing a bathroom break! lol lol

What I took at of the show as a Giants/Saints fan all of my life was:

I agree Chad Johnson is going to be a big pickup in the offseason, if and only if, he can just shut his mouth like last season.

I think you guys for once, have the right coach.  He's a player's coach but I feel that he missed with chad during the one on one a key point.   During the press conference (with which I found hilarious/tongue and cheek) that Philbin during the one on one could have established a foothold on the relationship between coach and new receiver.

Am i wrong by saying philbiln shoud have said, "chad this is the dolphins, our new organization, and by you dropping 6 or 7 fbombs, you were wrong.  If you continue ONCE more with you actions, you will be gone."  I know he looked great, and I am rooting for you guys, but he sort of treaded the line there.  Chad goes into that press confernce saying how big a difference beliacheck made by keeping him under check but then he shit's allover the the present organization by  his actions.

We'll see how that plays out.  As usually Fasano is playing great. No tight end is even close to him.  I played golf this summer with Jake Long and specifcally asked him why people continually shit on him in your area.    He said quote" miami fans want the 2nd coming of antonio gates, they aren't getting that with anthony, but we know that when it comes to blocking runs, protecting the qb, and then catching passes/td's, he's right up there.  It's a contract year for him and I expect a huge year for him.  I Miami doesn't sign him, something is really wrong with orignaizaiton.  I expect a big year for you guys and I'm rooting big for you this year.  I'll be at the tennesee game in novemmber this year.

Yeah, I think you're wrong Wink. Taking a handful of f-bombs to that level would be grossly exaggerating its impact. Telling the guy to tone it down is fine, since he is representing the Dolphins, but anything else would be premature at this point.

I like how Chad Johnson's wife cut him off last season when he was playing poorly. Not sure if true, but funny nonetheless.

I think with Chad it's a case of  believe none of what you hear and half of what you see.
