^^i agree and maybe I mis-stated my stance a bit. Bottom line is athletes/celebs shouldn't be shocked when they are fired on strike one so to speak. There is no rule/law saying everyone gets 3 strikes in life so use them wisely.  That was my point sorry if it wasn't stated very clear. I probably could have done it with less words honestly.

More bad news for Ocho Stinko.  VH1 just pulled his reality show.

Chad issued an apology which sounds like a "CONFESSION" to me.

And his wife filed for divorce.  After what he did to her, he better settle quick.

I gotta say I am inclined to side with some of the comments on that article.  It definitely seems like his wife was just looking for a pay day, and this is her opening to get half of all his stuff by divorcing him.

I think his wife is a deplorable person (doesn't mean she deserves to get hit), and I fully believe she was beating his ass and possibly throwing stuff at him before he ever touched her.  Of course that side will never come out cause Chad won't say so.  She's not the type to just talk stuff out.

If Ocho was stupid enough to marry that woman without a prenup, and undisciplined enough to lose control and hit her, then he deserves to lose half his money.

I would like to make it clear that I am, in no way, blaming the victim (Lozada) for her assault.  That being said, Antoine Walker is probably the happiest person in the world this week.  If there is ever an example of dodging a bullet...

Right - as if she would agree to sign a prenup, knowing her reputation.  I highly doubt she would agree to that.

I stand behind my statement.  Chad Johnson is not some middle manager at a packaging plant.  If she won't sign a prenup, then don't marry her.  There are thousands of women who would be happy to sign a prenup in order to marry a famous (former?) NFL player.

edit:  From ESPN.com (link):

In court papers filed Tuesday, Lozada says the two had a premarital agreement, but asks Johnson pay for her attorney fees associated with the divorce.

Wow, I am surprised.  But if I was Chad I'd tell her to go F herself on the attorney's fees, since, after all, she's the one asking for the divorce.

Um, she's not exactly asking for one on frivolous grounds.

I wouldn't take that advice. If I were Chad I would pay her attorney fees and get this over with ASAP and move on from the whole matter. Pay it and she probably won't press charges and this whole thing goes away from a "legal aspect". If you refuse to pay she can press charges and it will cost him a lot more than just money and possibly jail time or probation of some sort.

She has already pressed charges.

Not saying she's not justified to ask for divorce, but Chad's not the one who wants to get divorced so why should he have to pay for it?  If it was his choice, they would stay married and work it out.

Because it's his fault?

Would it have been unreasonable for Elin Nordegren to ask for attorney fees when she wanted a divorce from Tiger Woods?
