Its not a reputation, its a meager attempt at humor on your part, and quite obnoxious.

2012 was one of the deepest wide receiver draft classes in years, and Fireland did very little with it to address the receiver position.

He has the parcells logic of building inside-out. That is outdated though in today's NFL

Maybe sour grapes....BUT still nice to see an overrated Marshall dropping TD passes.  Elite WRs catch those passes...time and time again, this guy proves he's not at that level!

Brandon Marshall still sucks! Elite WR's don't have stat lines of 0 receptions for 0 yards with 1 dropped TD pass.

Still a few min left though maybe he will find a way into the box score.

UPDATE: Marshall has a catch tonight. 10 yards. He found his way into the box score in garbage time! lol lol lol

James Jones also a brutal game....Rodgers gave him an earful after that terrible route resulting in INT.

like someone mentioned earlier, there r some decent free agent WRs out there, if Miami is smart they should go for one of them. I know it wont change much, but a veteran receiver will help the rookie QB and def help all the young WRs we have on the team now. So why not Mr. Ireland?!? Come on...first of all I dunno why trade B.Marshall after he had a 1000+ season, and Bush 1000+ also, first time that happened in a long time! It was stupid to get rid off ur best playmaker on offense especially when you didnt even replace him! I couldnt believe that. I kno Ochocinco isnt Marshall but he's better than anyone else we got on WR, and they still cut him. I would of just kept him, he knew he had a bad season in NE thats why Im sure he would play really hard for Miami, and would of been big help, esp for rookie QB and all these young wideouts. I dont understand the move at all!!!! Miami basically is sayin we're gonna forfeit this season and hope to get a top 3 college player next draft, which is BS....Miami has a tough enough problem to sell game tickets and getting rid of Marshall/Ocho just made it much worse. Way to go Miami!!! woohoo

Ireland is terrible. They dumped Brandon Marshall for a six-pack. It wasn't even cold. You don't want his diva problems, that's okay. But you still have to replace the talent. They traded Marshall the day before Free Agency began and Fins Fans marched on Dolphin HQ like peasants in horror movies with torches and pitchforks. Ireland's on TV, dumbfounded, says: "We're only halfway through the player acquisition phase." Translation -- "we can screw this up twice as bad." What did he do? When Vincent Jackson signed with Tampa the Chargers picked up the phone, called Robert Meachem, who was in Buffalo, and made a deal with him. The Fins went through Free Agency and the Draft, did jack at WR. Signed Legedu Naanae, drafted B.J. Cunningham and Rishard Matthews in 6th and 7th Round. How's that working out? They cut Clyde Gates, who runs 4.3, never tried throwing him a vertical pass. Plus they don't like Brandon Marshall's problem, so they sign Chad O-So-Sinkhole? They had Braylon Edwards in for a work-out, let him leave and signed Eric Steinbach, who then retired. (Isn't the purpose of a work-out to assess a player's physical condition?)

No big receiver means opposing Ds can just man-up on Fins WRs, jam the line to stop the run. Unless you somehow Game Plan around it. Any sign of that?

What they have done or (haven't done) at WR ripples through entire team. The situation they have managed themselves into at WR shows they have no football intelligence whatsoever. Ireland is most culpable, however, the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator must share blame -- they should have been screaming for a receiver since March.

You realize the team was at the Cap Max or right near it and they had no money for a big move. If they wanted to trade for a big name they would have had to cut like 3 or 4 guys to do so. Maybe they should have, but it isn't as easy as "just go get someone"

I am not saying I disagree with you. I am just telling you the situation. Easy to say "go sign a WR" but if you have no cap space you can't. Yes, Jeff handcuffed himself!
