Dolphins should leapfrog:

Titans (Horrible on both sides of the ball!)
Jags (Ditto)
Chiefs (Ditto)
Saints (I'm sorry, but their D might be the worst in the league)
Raiders (35-13..enough said!)
Browns (Winless)
Minnesota
Washington
St.Louis

The latter 3 are debatable, but why not?
