A classic. I have not watched it lately because I watched it so much when I was younger. I am finding myself very close to changing to it when I see it on the guide though so I am sure I will pick it back up soon.

I'd have liked the TV Show a lot better if it were the same guys that were in the movie.  MASH was the show we were forced to watch because it was on in between Judge Wapner and Star Trek TNG.

Even if it had been in a slot like that MASH would have been the hit show.

I knew they were not on at the same time. I thought he was using his usual flair.

OK, I'll be "that guy"

I hate MASH.  Always have.  Can't stand it.  Wish they'd stop showing the re-runs.

Mash was good.  "After Mash" sucked.

MASH was my first "favorite show" as a kid, and still consider it one of the greatest TV series of all time. I was the kid who always got in trouble for being a smart-ass, so Hawkeye Pierce was my hero...

^^^ that's the problem though.  Donald Sutherland was perfect for that role.  So was Eliot Gould.  I look at Alan Alda, and I not only want to slap him, I want to grab his nose and pull and yell things like YOU'RE NOT FUNNY.  YOUR ANTICS ARE STUPID.  THANK GOD I'M NOT YOUR DRILL SEARGENT BECAUSE I'D HAVE SHOT YOU MYSELF.
