Well this is seemingly good news.

Quote
Bush season not threatened by knee injury

Dolphins coach Joe Philbin said he didn't know what Reggie Bush's status is and the running back had already left the locker room when the media was allowed in following today's 23-20 overtime loss to the Jets.

But a source tells me the injury to Bush's left knee is not season-threatening.

In fact, Bush initially expected to go back into today's game but then the knee stiffened on him. Bush will go for a re-check Monday to make sure nothing is wrong beyond the minor damage that caused the stiffness.

He should be OK.

Great News! Bush has been better than great so far this year! And On the other end the Jets fear Revis has an ACL injury. More tests Monday and he might be out for the year

I see ACL and MCL injuries all the time and that looked pretty text book. Pretty much if someone tries to either stop or cut and falls down on their own .... it turns out to be serious. I would be more surprised if it wasn't.

If Bush played the second half, we would have won today...

This is a point everyone is missing. They were in contention without a prime receiver or Bush. I'd rather have Bush in the game. But they didn't completely fall apart. They better rest him this week. And get to work on that new contract.

Miller was drafted for a reason, to be Bush's replacement. We are not paying that huge contract, especially now that he is hurt and will miss time for this team. I saw a stat yesterday that said he has missed almost 40% of his games as a Pro.

You pay him, I don't want the Dolphins to do that when Miller can be a replacement. If we have better receivers, Bush would be almost a non-factor in this offense. He is the only option we have and he showed why he was traded, the Saints tired of his always being hurt.

he got hurt and missed half a game and you guys already got him missing 40% of the games and "always" being hurt.  Give me a break.  You guys are not happy unless you're complaining about something.  Lamar Miller can't hold Reggie Bush's jockstrap.

Don't have a link, but read that it looks like 5-6 weeks until RB comes back. I know..weak, but all I got.

I said the same thing watching the game yesterday. Reggie actually had the same thing happen. His cut is when his knee went.

While they ARE reporting that, he's going to be sitting on my fantasy bench till I see if he's healthy, lol. -EK

The PBP report was speculation before he had his MRI.

I believe Schefter far more, and expect him to be on the field and starting this Sunday.

Probably will be a gametime decision this week I would guess and at the latest I would think he is back for the Cincy game no matter what.
