In case you missed the news today with the game and all, Art Hicks is gonna sue the Dolphins to get paid his full contract.

Fins saying he lied about his injury when signing the contract.

Gonna be tough for the Fins to win it though when they passed him on a physical.

Not only that. The Dolphins are basing their decision to cut Hicks on an X-ray from 2006. X-rays don't show herniated discs.
