It had to be done, but of all the guys out there, they settle on Gaffney?

Surprised.

His best year was his latest/11th year in the league?

Na-na-na-na, na-na-na-na, hey hey -- Goodbye.

Then we sign Gaffney.

I think it was Utah, when you got sentenced to death, you had a choice between hanging and a firing squad.

I'm just glad they got rid of Naanee.  He should've never made this team.

Gaffney is a professional WR. Might not have game breaking skills but you probably won't get the bone head mistake or him running the wrong route

I think I am missing something. I realize he isn't a world beater but Gaffney had 68 receptions last year for 947 yards and 5 TDs. Why hadn't anyone signed him including us?

By compassion Hartline had 35 rec for 549 yards 1TD and Bess had 51 rec for 537 yards and 3 tds.

Gaffney had Tom Brady throwing to him.  Not a totally fair comparison.

He played for Washington last year. He had Rex Grossman and John Beck.

He's 31? That's all I got.

Wait, I take that back the reason that Miami didn't sign him was that the Patriots signed him first. The reason they didn't sign him when NE cut him was because NE cut him because he was hurt. He's healthy now. That's all I got. No really, it is.  Evil
