Didn't really notice much of this politically correct bullshit until the early 90s. Ever since it's gotten worse and worse. My motto, say what you want and watch the whining pussies come out of the wood work. They'll scan every word you say to them just to find something to whine and argue about. Kinda fun watching them get all worked up, lol.....

Don't know if it is illegal, but I thought they stopped spanking YEARS AGO. The schools our son attended in FL. never spanked kids.

You know, I have been trying to think when all this started to get crazy and the best I can figure is things started going south when McDonald was sued for over a mil for hot coffee. Ever read some warning notices these days? Crazy.

I remember reading about a guy who sued Winnebago for not telling him that once he put the camper on cruise control that he still had to steer the vehicle. Apparently, he set the CC and got up to go make a sandwich. Of course the vehicle went off the road and crashed.

I would dare say this law will be amended. The goal as stated is not to outlaw spanking but as it is written anything causing "Pain" is against the law. I expect to see the courts step in or for their legislature to voluntarily amend it.
